Collection of data - How you view our website and the journey you take
Whilst visiting the LSP website your journey through the website will be tracked using web analytics. We use this information to see popular content and user trends to improve the usability of the website.
When submitting an enquiry form through the LSP website your data is automatically enrolled onto the LSP mailing list database. It is deemed that by completing the online enquiry form that you, the client are interested in the products and services that LSP offer.
Under no circumstances will the clients personal information submitted as part of the enquiry be shared with third parties or any other individuals or organisations.
You have the right to 'opt out'
If at any time you would like to ‘opt out' of the marketing emails and all future communications from LSP an ‘unsubscribe here’ option will be displayed on the footer of the email for clients to activate should they wish. You can also 'opt out' by emailing email@example.com
Marketing and your data
We may send client specific emails regarding your photography shoot or event which are deemed as business case communciations. These emails are not for marketing purposes.
Please be assured LSP will never sell your personal data to third party companies for marketing purposes.
LSP will never pass your personal details to other suppliers. All recommended suppliers stated by LSP are for you to contact at your will.
You can update your contact details by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or submitting information through the ‘say hello’ section on LSP's website.
Where we have collected your personal data for marketing purposes we will retain your information until you inform us that you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us.
We will also hold your data in our United Kingdom based databases for the minimum period legally required by HMRC.
Photographs captured by LSP will be stored on our secure United Kingdom based servers for a period of up to 5 years, after which time they will be permanently deleted.
Our servers store all photographs captured by LSP offsite on a secure server. The server is backed up systematically daily by a reputable and established third party company.
Upon booking a photography shoot with LSP you will be issued with a contract to sign by all parties which details the terms of the contract of the booking.
In this contract the use and ownership of the photographic collection documented by LSP will be further explained. Your personal information will never be shared publically through marketing or social media platforms useless otherwise agreed by all parties in advance. Consent to use the images of all minors (aged 16 years or below) will be requested at the signing of all contracts after the date of 25th May 2018. If consent to use the images of minors is not granted, the images will not be used by LSP in their marketing.

The right to object – you can object to LSP processing your personal data at any time. Email Emma at email@example.com to object.
The right to be forgotten – you can request that LSP remove your personal data from our database and systems.
The right to access your personal data – You have a right to know what personal data LSP hold on you and for what purpose we are processing your personal data. This is known as a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR). Requests for this information should be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic identification to confirm your ID.
