I have a gorgeous winter wedding to share with you today!
Charlotte and Jack chose The Downe Arms Country Hotel in Wykeham, near Scarborough as their winter wedding venue. Tying the knot in November on a beautiful winters day, their relaxed wedding was such a pleasure to capture! Here are a few of my favourites from their special day...
Charlotte looked gorgeous in her Grecian wedding dress which was adorned with the most beautiful hair garland I've ever seen! Her flowers incorporated blue thistles as a nod to Jack's military background and tied in perfectly with the navy blue bridesmaid dresses.
With the winter sun setting, we snuck next door to All Saints Church for the bridal portraits. The impressive 13th century architecture was the perfect backdrop as they danced, giggled and explored the grounds in the winter sunlight..
A special thank you to Charlotte for braving the November temperatures for your portraits. From the photographs, you'd never be able to tell it was a rather crisp day. Total pro!
A huge congratulations to Charlotte and Jack! I hope the next chapter in your story is full of happiness, love and amazing new memories together. Thank you for allowing me the great privilege of documenting your stunning winter wedding.
With love Emma x
